Anni e Josef Albers. Arte e vita

La mostra ” AnniandJosefAlbers : arte e vita”, coprodotta dal Musée d’Art Modern de Paris (MAM) e dall’IVAM, mostra per la prima volta in Spagna insieme dipinti, disegni, fotografie, tessuti, mobili, pezzi di vetro e gioielli di questa coppia unica di creatori. Un totale di quasi 350 opere, alcune mai viste prima, che tocca il lavoro di entrambi gli artisti.
L’assessore regionale alla Cultura e Sport Raquel Tamarit, il direttore dell’IVAM Nuria Enguita, il direttore della Fondazione Anni e Josef Albers, Nicholas Fox Weber, la curatrice Julia Garimorth, e il Direttore Commerciale del Territorio Orientale del Banco Sabadell Ramón Satorra, hanno fatto la presentazione al Centro Julio González  IVAM .
“Con questa potente mostra ci allineiamo dall’IVAM con il quadro di programmazione del  WDC2022  . È uno dei più importanti nella programmazione del nostro museo moderno di riferimento internazionale quest’anno e pensiamo che sarà un fulcro di attrazione per visitatori molto importanti”. Ha espresso il segretario regionale Raquel Tamarit.

The exhibition “AnniandJosefAlbers: art and life”, co-produced by the Musée d’Art Modern de Paris (MAM) and the IVAM, jointly shows for the first time in Spain the paintings, drawings, photographs, textiles, furniture, pieces of glass and jewelry from this unique couple of creators. A total of almost 350 works, some of them never seen before, that cover the work of both artists.
The regional secretary for Culture and Sport, Raquel Tamarit; the director of the IVAM, Nuria Enguita; the director of the Anni and Josef Albers Foundation, Nicholas Fox Weber; the curator, Julia Garimorth, and the Commercial Director of Banco Sabadell’s Eastern Territory, Ramón Satorra, made the presentation at the IVAM Julio González Center.
“With this powerful exhibition we align ourselves from the IVAM with the programming framework of WDC2022. It is one of the most important in the programming of our modern museum of international reference this year and we think that it will be a focus of attraction for very important visitors.” Expressed the regional secretary Raquel Tamarit.
